Positive: Spacious rooms, huge balconies, spacious bathrooms.

Negative: TV's were not functional, electric sockets would'nt hold the plugs, the main door lock/stopper was not fully functional. Overall, a good place but need an upgrade for sure.

Positive: Good facilities. Luxurious stay for family. Large well maintained pool.Buffet was great with taste and variety. Staff arranged room decoration for birthday at very short notice so it was very sweet and well done.

Negative: No dormitory for driver to spend the night. Buffet live counter speed van be improved.

Positive: The property is at a nice location. Many attractions are easily accessible in North region. The rooms and the overall property were clean. The amenities were also good. Overall, good property.

Negative: The breakfast was almost same menu every day for 5 days. Idlis, Dosa and some paratha. There should be more variety to cater all kinds of customers. During breakfast times it used to get too crowded. Maybe the group booking could be hosted some place else for breakfast and manage the traffic accordingly.
